J.C. Neihardt is a studio artist based out of Dallas, Texas. They have worked in the region for the last 10 years. J.C. received their Associates Degree from Grayson College in Fine Art, and continued their education at the University of North Texas. Where they received a BFA in Ceramics. J.C. is currently working on their MFA in Studio Art from Texas Women’s University, and is expected to graduate in 2022.
J.C. Neihardt is a multimedia artist, with a foundation in ceramics. Their work is inspired by popular culture, human sexuality, gender identity, mental health and political activism. They often describe their work as performance based, and derive their creativity from heavy experimentation.
